[iOS] Fix SearchBar unexpected left margin in iPad windowed mode on 26 Version: This pull request fixes an issue in iPadOS 16 windowed mode where the UISearchBar unexpectedly had an extra left margin due to double application of safe-area insets by both UIKit and MAUI, by updating the MauiSearchBar constructor to disable automatic safe-area inset application and adding a test to ensure this fix remains effective.
