New draft chapter: Odds & Ends

Hello! We've just published a draft of an appendix chapter, called "Odds & Ends". It's where we quickly cover some aspects of WebAssembly that didn't fit in to the main track of the book.

It covers things like:

• Global variables
• Tables, which make functions pointers possible
• The element section

…and a few few more things will probably land there in the coming weeks.

We've also (mostly) finalized the table of contents for the book, and updated our landing page with a lot more detail about the book's contents.

So, if you haven't yet bought the book, why not go take another gander?
