KICKSTARTER!

I'm putting together the kickstarter for No Raccoons In Hell right now, and there is a pre-launch page where you can sign up to follow the campaign. I would appreciate you signing up to be notified when it launches if you’re interested, because I’m pretty sure having more people signed up helps the campaign in the algorithm. But it’s your call!

No Raccoons in Hell is going to be split into two issues. I’ve finished the final draft on the first issue, and that looks like it will be 36 pages. The second issue with probably be 32 to 36 pages as well. This weekend I finished page 25. Here are a few panels from that page:

Three panels from NO RACCOONS IN HELL, in which Tori looks at a comic and proclaims "It's just a monkey running in a zig-zag!"
Art!

I'm not going to launch the kickstarter until I have a few more pages under my belt, because my schedule has been erratic of late, and I want to have a realistic idea of when the comic will be done first.

There will be other ways to get No Raccoons In Hell as well! If you are a member of my patreon subscribed at the $3 level or higher, you will get any new digital comics or zines offered through the kickstarter, and if you subscribed at the $5 level or higher, you will get any new physical comics, zines, etc that are offered through the kickstarter. I’ll also have them for sale at shows and through my webstore.

Here are the first four pages of No Raccoons in Hell as they will appear on the kickstarter!

A comic page: It's 1997. We see a bunch of images of the interior of the punk house the day after a big party. Things are pretty trashed. In the last two panels, Val emerges, carrying a mug and some polaroid pictures, yawning. She's wearing an oversized t-shirt with a chopped out neck and her house slides.
Val makes it to the porch, where her roommates Jenna, Tom, and Ricky are on the couch in varying states of undress. Ricky is notably in boots and very small underwear. They look at the polaroids Val is carrting and no one remembers the stuff that happened in the pictures. Jenna notes that Val isn't wearing her contacts, and Val says she thinks the contacts aren't gonna work. She lost the little case for soaking them and had them in a cup of water, and she's pretty sure Tori drank them at some point last night. In the last panel, Tori is barely visible, about to emerge from a window onto the porch.
Tori emerges onto the porch from the window, wearing nothing but panties, saying, "What's up, sluts?" She stretches and says "that was one hell of a party last night, at least the parts that I rememb-." Her eyes get large and she covers her mouth before vomiting off the porch. In four of five panels in this image, Tori's tits are censored with the #kickstarter logo.
After Tori vomits, three dudes who were walking by on the sidewalk yell in glee and surprise. Tori ask, "Did you like that, you fucking sickos?" They respond "Yes!" "You're a goddess!" and "Will you marry me?" Tim says, "Somebody check and see if she barfed up Val's contacts." Jenna says, "Ewww," and Tori climbs back in the window as two partygoers, Jill and her boyfriend, come out the front door onto the porch. Jenna says "whoa, I didn't know you crashed her." Ricky helps Tori into the window by lifting her leg, and she says, "Thanks." The kickstarter logo is present in a couple of panels here too.

The kickstarter logos will not be there in the final version, of course. Here’s that kickstarter link again!
