Digbeth Walkshop at Flatpack Festival

Join Andy Howlett for a photowalk with a difference on Saturday 18th May. Using iPads and stop-motion animation software, participants will record the patterns, textures and colours of Digbeth’s urban fabric. Book here.
Coventry Virtual Walking Tour
Wednesday 22nd May - Settle in at home or in person as local historian Adam Wood leads a virtual walking tour of the historic Chapelfields district, purpose-built for Coventry’s watchmaking community in the 1840s. Josh Allen joins the panel to talk about his upcoming book about walking the West Midlands County. Book here.

Adele Mary Reed is on the third print run of her self-published film photography book, documenting Coventry’s changing urban and suburban areas between 2009 and 2019. 44 pages, £15, signed. Get it while you can!
Sunken Lands: Gareth E. Rees in Conversation

Thursday 13th June - Voce Books welcomes Gareth E. Rees, esteemed chronicler of Britain’s curious edgelands, for an evening of conversation about his new book Sunken Lands: A Journey Through Flooded Kingdoms and Lost Worlds. This time Gareth takes us on an underwater pilgrimage, to look at the landscapes of our deep past as well as those that we are rapidly losing to water. Book here.
