Happy birthday you old man. 34 holy crap it feels so old. SURELY by now you know what you're doing right? RIGHT? The world makes sense and we know more solidly what we're doing now?

Okay fine.

Anyway, we're back to manifesting out into the universe for the year ahead. I think I did it right last year? I got all the enjoyment and satisfaction I was looking for. I even got the rating of the year right - a solid 7.5! But for you? I reckon this year will be a little bumpy. I'll predict a 7 to 7.5, but there's an outside chance that things just go so damn well that it'll hit an 8! Anything higher than that and you're dreamin' mate. If it goes to 9 I'll eat my hat.

Luckily, we don't own any hats.

🍕 On pizza

Anyway so for a bit of a yummy start, PIZZAS. So for this one since we've already made like 95 pizzas, so I think we just have to try and aim for at least 150? 200? by next year. But actually I think there are a few flavour combinations or ingredients to try make stuff with, specifically:

• Cacio e Pepe (like Garfield pizzeria)

• Ricotta / goat's cheese and caramelized onion

• Quattro Formaggio (just to try it)

• Potato pizza

• Australian pizza (I just want to see if you can do it with Neopolitan style!)

• Japanese curry pizza (I saw an Insta reel so I wanna try it!)

Tell me how they went!! Was it delicious? Was it yum!?

💑 On celebrancy

Bro you literally got registered JUST LAST WEEK (guys i'm officially a marriage celebrant now!). And so, the business is real. Most importantly, considering that you can only really write things off once your business gets at least 20k in revenue, have you made that this year? HAHA I think you've only got 3 on the docket to come, maybe we just try for some small wins. Excited to see where it goes!!

🪵 New hobbies

Woodworking, probably going to be the one that's new, if you can find the time and cost for it. I know you've been talking about it for YEARS but why not now? Learn to build with hands instead of getting a printer to print it for you. And then perhaps they can work in tandem together!

Anyway, what are the new hobbies? What's fun? What's different? I'M EXCITED for all the new things you might have done. Unless it's running - in which case I'm not excited for that.

💖 Love and friendships

What's changed this year? The existing ways weren't really working so...did you change anything so that this area of life would change? Life passes by if you keep waiting - the more agency of doing things the better. Maybe you're moving overseas? Who knows.

✔️Real Life Recommendations

1. 18x2 Beyond Youthful Days) - 5 stars - but that's probably because I just really like watching these kind of nostalgic stories of people falling in love. A Taiwanese dude who's just lost his company goes to Japan to try to find this girl he crossed path with 18 years ago in Taiwan. It's predictable, but it's a really pretty watch. Recommended!

2. Hawker Huat - cute little Malaysian food gem in Doncaster East. The two dudes manning the til were old guys that went out for a smoke every 5 minutes, but we love that vibe. The food was yum and it was a good price, so recommended!
