Article 3 is out — this time we go deep into GOTCHA, the framework that turns your thinking into AI instructions.

You know ATLAS from Article 2 — the checklist that makes you think before you prompt. GOTCHA is the other half. It takes those decisions and organizes them into six layers: Goals, Orchestration, Tools, Context, Heuristics, and Args. Each layer gives the AI a different type of instruction.

The article walks through each layer with real examples (good and bad), and ends with a complete GOTCHA prompt for the notification service we designed in Article 2 — all running on Azure.
