🚀 Meet Elsa & Dyno Robotics – Redefining visitor experiences with AI at Refill
At Refill 2025, we’re all about building for impact — and what better way to illustrate that than with cutting-edge robotics and AI-powered storytelling?
This year, we’re excited to welcome Christoffer Johannesson, CEO of Dyno Robotics, and one of the key minds behind Elsa — the AI assistant who’s transforming how visitors engage with museums.
🤖 Meet Elsa – a personable robot guide
👉 Design track

Elsa isn’t just another chatbot — she’s an interactive, AI-powered RoboGuide designed to make learning more engaging, intuitive, and fun. Developed for The Swedish Airforce Museum (Flygvapenmuseum) in Linköping, Elsa can answer an impressive range of questions, from “Which plane has the widest wingspan?” to “What’s your favorite color?”
🎭s More than just words: Thanks to custom animation, Elsa doesn’t just respond — she expresses emotions, making interactions lively and natural.
🖼️ Beyond conversation: She sources and displays images and videos from museum databases, turning static facts into dynamic storytelling.
🚶♀️ Always on the move: With built-in navigation, Elsa can transport herself to different locations — a game-changer for guided tours and exhibitions.
Elsa is not just a voice in the void — she's an experience, and at Refill, you’ll get to meet her in action.
🎤 Christoffer Johannesson – Where robotics meets storytelling

A social nerd turned robotics expert, Christoffer Johannesson balances technical expertise with a passion for human-centered design.
As CEO of Dyno Robotics, he leads the company’s efforts in developing user-friendly robotic solutions across logistics, agriculture, military research, and social robotics.
But his path to leadership wasn’t just about climbing the ladder — before stepping into the CEO role, Christoffer was a hands-on robotics developer, working with everything from autonomous navigation to reality capture. Along the way, he dived into sales, project management, and recruitment, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both the technical and business sides of robotics.
At Dyno Robotics, Christoffer and his team specialize in bridging the gap between complex technology and real-world impact — from museum guides like Elsa to advanced robotics solutions that shape the future. Their work has already earned international recognition — and they’re just getting started.
🚀 So, what’s next for AI-driven visitor experiences? Join Christoffer at Refill to find out.
