You are supposed to maximise outdoor time when in a new city. At least that’s how I think. But that’s not what I ended up doing on my trip to Düsseldorf this week.

Well, I did spend time outdoors on the first two days. But on the third day, thanks to the gloomy weather, I spent a lot of time watching a movie on hotel TV. Truth be told, on this trip, I ended up watching a movie each on all three days. Which is, not like me to say the least.

Were all of these worth it? I’d say Apex was the best. Thanks specially to the slick direction and an amazing performance by Taron Egerton.

War machine and the little things were okay, the latter still better than the former.

Apart from this, I think the highlight of the trip was visiting Little Tokyo street and enjoying ramen. I would recommend, if you haven’t been.

1. Trial by fire
   I talked about onboarding last week, it mostly went smooth, but also highlighted some of the known pain points anew for us. This post by Yusuf Aytas very articulately gets to all the important points.

   Atmosphere platforms are not mainstream enough to get featured here, but the article still gives a good rundown of alternatives.
3. Omuamua - A messenger from afar
   I saw part of this fascinating documentary on a one of a kind of an interstellar object. Watch it if you have time, or you can find other smaller videos on it as well. Here is the wikipedia article.

   Learned about this much later. Only saw two out of the whole bunch. Proof of one below.
