Anniversary week
My wife and I celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary this week. Well, the celebration itself was very low key, given the viral infections - specially RSV, that are going around. I caught it first, and then lovingly transferred it to my wife.
Sadly, I did not do much outside of whatever work things I could. Except for the markdown editor side project, that I made some updates to yesterday. I will hopefully share that next week.
Until then, here is a shorter list of reads (not just reads) for today.

This is one of my favourite podcasts and I listened to a lot of it this week. Specifically their new series on Indian revolt/mutiny of 1857. The whole podcast is a treasurehttps://www.makingsoftware.com/
There is this treasure trove that I found today, and while I haven’t naturally spent a lot of time with it, I think I am going to enjoy a lot while I do it over time
A project I discovered
a fast, modern browser for the npm registry
npmx - Package Browser for the npm Registry
a fast, modern browser for the npm registry. Search, browse, and explore packages with a modern interface.
I’ve been following the makers and their journey of building npmx for some time and it is truly one of the things I wish I could contribute towards. But I’ll hold myself, I already have a lot on my plate.
A photo I took
Another photo from same time last year since I didn’t take one worth sharing this week.

Hope to see you next week with better health. Take care!
