Give better feedback with Situation–Behavior–Impact
Hi, it's Adam from Untools,
last week, I announced a new category of thinking tools: communication. We looked at Minto pyramid for making your communication more efficient and clear. I heard some really positive feedback from a few of you and I'm really glad you found it useful!

Have a great day,
Adam
