After the rain, strange brews. It’s all sun and games this long weekend. Join us this Sunday 24 May 2026 for [uge] #5, 16:30 onwards.

An evening of games and talks about rewiring potentials and resisting the default option.

These six works upend the templates and flip the scripts. They refuse the map and reject the territory, suggesting counterintuitive approaches that take us somewhere new, somewhere surprising.  

1️⃣ A Permanent Echo is a game about piecing together how we will remember (and judge) the decisions that shape our future.

2️⃣ Yuha’s Nightmares unleashes glitches as horror, but also presents glitches as escape.

3️⃣ Is it possible to combine a lecture and live-action role-playing? Together with the artist Jana Romanova, we'll find out! Learn what larp is and how it is practiced today in contemporary art while playing someone who's attending the lecture... and maybe has different expectations about it.

3️⃣.5️⃣ On Jana’s recommendation, we will feature The Dark Queen of Mortholme, a short anti-game about an unconventional relationship and the capacity for change.

4️⃣ Nomad Studio will treat us to Wyvern Tales, an epic work of homebrew magic and the first old-school RPG for the Atari Lynx. We’ll also get to play Nomad’s other Lynx title, Critter Championship!

5️⃣ Riekelt Goucem from the Benelux Speedrunner Gathering (BSG) will talk about videogame speedrunning and how the BSG built its extraordinary community. We’ll also set up Ape Escape 2 (2002), one of Riekelt’s signature speedrun games.

And finally, visit 6️⃣ The Oracle for Transfeminist Technologies, a divination card deck joining us from the future.
