UBC Launch Pad Tech Talks

👋 Hello UBC Launch Pad community!

We would like to share a new initiative we are starting to allow our community to share interesting ideas and learn from each other: Tech Talks!

Our first Tech Talk will be happening this Saturday, January 23rd at 7:00 PM PST and you are invited! It will be about the why, the what and the how involved with contributing to open source. Why you should get involved, what are the types of open source projects and how to find them, and finally, what are the steps someone new to a project can take to contribute to it!
