Sorry this issue is late—time has no meaning at this point, I know, I know, but I have an important job to do when it comes to recommending affordable fragrances to Dames Nation and I take that very seriously. Keep those scent needs coming! Let’s get on with this week’s request from Mindy:

I am sensitive and don't want a heavy scent but the scents I like feel HEAVY-- essentially, I want to smell like a spicy rose that has just been rained on, but I also want not to get a headache or overpower anyone I meet. I also do not want to smell like food-- a little vanilla note is ok, but not if it smells like a cake is baking.

Might I suggest…hydrosols?!
