Hello smell swells,

This week I’m going to revisit some favs from the conglomerate that once declared their desire to be “the McDonald’s of toiletries” — it’s back to Bath & Body Works, baby, because it’s time for the SEMI-ANNUAL SALE! Twice a year B&BW puts mostly seasonal items but also some “returning favs” and all sorts of random surprises on sale. A lot of it is marked down to 75 percent off, which is really what I’m interested in, along with the $4.95 specials. Each store has its own situation—some go wild with the markdowns and you can easily get an absurd amount of shower gel, lotion, cream, “fine fragrance mist,” scrubs, hell, candles and then spend the next year cursing yourself for turning your bathroom into an ungovernable, well, McDonald’s of toiletries. Some, on the other hand, do VERY LITTLE and waste your time. I’m just going to talk about what’s going on online. If you do go to a store or five and get some fun bargains, please let me know!
