If you’ve visited our website in the last couple of days, you’ll have noticed it’s had a spring clean.

What we’d love to ask is, would you mind visiting the new website, having a ‘wander around’, and letting us know if you can do what you would expect to be able to do please?
Specifically helpful would be:
a) Can you browse the showroom and find a car you like? Imagine you’re shopping for a new Caterham, is there anything missing that would help you find what you want?
b) Imagine you’d like to buy some lights, or a pair of socks. Can you find them easily? Does the buying process make sense? (you don’t have to hit the ‘buy’ button! This is not a craftily composed sell 😆).
c) Can you find a way to easily contact the workshop?
d) Has it left you with any questions unanswered, that you’d feel compelled to pick up the phone to ask?
If you have time to help us out with these wee challenges, and you have feedback, please just reply to this email and let us know how you got on. If you had problems or difficulties, try to be as descriptive as possible with what you were doing and what went wrong. Really helpful information is things like were you on a desktop, tablet or mobile, was it Windows, Mac, iPhone, Android, etc. What you clicked on expecting to happen, but didn’t. The sort of thing you’d try to tell Carl was happening with your broken Caterham, right before you got the AA to drop it at our door, metaphorically speaking 🤣
We realise this is a big ask, so thank you massively in advance for any time you have to test this out with us. We’re trying to make the fastest, simplest, best looking Caterham website out there. We hope you find it to be just so.
