Full lineup for 16th June! Pics from May's LIVE show & early bird perks
June 16th show is on! Click for tickets.
Thanks to everyone who came out for our May show. Between Oksana’s perseverance, Bhavika finding her voice, Dan’s funny reflections on his daughter’s social coup, Loxo Sanna’s thunderous melody, Rez’s surprise cage fight, and Donna’s ill-timed farewell to her beloved dad, the night reminded us why stories matter. Check out the photos below!

Our next LIVE Show: The next chapter lands Monday 16 June. Six brilliant storytellers are ready to take the mic:

Benji Waterhouse – author, stand-up comedian and NHS psychiatrist
Clair Whitefield – performance poet, playwright and copywriter
Dele Ogun – Nigerian-born lawyer, author, and presenter
Michaela Agapiou – PhD biologist and co-producer of Story Collider
Maru Jota – Argentinian songwriter and artist
Maya Spiers — financial-risk manager by day, songstress by night
Victoria Dry — actor, director, producer, certified celebrant — and OUR MC!
Doors at 7. Stories at 7:30. The Phoenix, Cavendish Square. Come early for a bite to eat (menus here) or a pint and get 10% off by mentioning True Story.
And if you get your tix early, good things happen. Our first three shows at our new venue have filled up. If you book your tickets by June 1, we'll reserve preferred seats for your party! Whether you favor the front row or the cushy banquettes in the back, or something else, book by June 1 and we’ll follow up.

Next DRAFT workshop is June 2nd: Think of DRAFT as open mic meets writers room — without the pressure! You bring 5 minutes of an early draft to share aloud. The other storytellers, listeners, and coaches offer helpful feedback, practical tips, and loads of encouragement. Prefer to just hang back and take it all in? Perfect - join us as a listener. See you on Monday 2nd of June. Storyteller slots are limited: sign up here!
We can’t wait to welcome you back to True Story and hope to see you soon.
