dermografia VII - deletia
Hello hello,
Things were paused for a little bit there. Did you notice? Outside of my inbox things were very much not paused - There’s been performances, illness, injury and a brilliant trip to Paris - all meaning this little newsletter has slipped from its schedule. I hope you don’t mind.
So last time I wrote I was revealing my zine, and a few of you bought copies and that meant the world, to be honest. I’ve not had the chance to talk about it on social media or anything yet, so it’s still kinda a secret between us. It’s here if you’d like to check it out.
// happening
deletia was one of my first usernames online, back before people were expected to use their real names for everything. Years later it became the title of my first real performance as a solo artist, which was programmed for the first Tempting Failure. It’s still a word I just love the sound of.
I picked it up from reading Generation X by Douglas Coupland, which I feel ages me. I wonder what it’s like returning to his books now? Deletia stands in place of what’s been taken away, what’s been lost.
Anyway, my deletia can be found here. The book can be bought here.
If you read it, let me know how it feels now.

I don't know exactly what the largest blood factory in Europe does, but here's a pleasing video glimpse inside one - Blood by Greg White.
That's all. I'm happy to be back with this. Enjoy your weekend.
