Taking A Bus To Toronto From Ottawa During Rush Hours Can Be A Hassle
I was just shocked as to how long it can take to get to the Bus Station located in Byward Market during rush hours.
Apparently it can take as much as an hour during the peak hours. If you are headed early morning to the Bus Station and have to go through the bridges, make sure that you leave early.
Traffic can be worse during winters and there is always construction going around the city but no real improvement in infrastructure which lags decades behind.
The bridges that connect Ottawa-Gatineau have reached capacity and the government must do a lot more.
As people start moving towards working from office instead of working from home and with the mass immigration scheme, the situation is only going to get worse.
