A quick way to check on your chevy order!

Chevy has apparently disabled the ability to check the order status of their vehicles for their customers due to 'logistical problems'.

I am not sure why they would do that since the tool can be quite helpful for the customers but here is a quick way on how you can check on your order status.

Steps for checking chevy order status -

• Go to chevrolet.ca

• Look for the chat option

• Provide your order number

• Ask for delivery status

You will need to ask your dealer regarding the order number as it's not listed on the sales agreement.

This can be much faster than asking your dealer about the delivery status :)

Also another way is to ask a GM employee to see if they can check it for you as they might have the right contact.
