TissueApp V4 Update
Hi everybody,
We put out some significant updates recently, and I wanted to go over what you are now seeing.
Recent Tissues Dashboard

Some of the feedback we have received recently has been around the inability to keep up with what tickets are being updated and when. This will hopefully allow for a smoother experience.

Current status and title
Links to the Ticket and the Issue
The five most recently updated Tissues
Auto-add comments when Tissues are escalated or closed

These comments are set to be completely private. So only you and your internal team will see them. But this way, a support agent will be able to know that an issue was updated, cutting down any unnecessary communication.
This can be configured through your settings. Notice that this is under expert configuration. So be extra careful when trying this out.

Internal Notes

We also heard you guys wanted to add more context for your engineering team when escalating. Well, here is the best place to do it!
Right now, we only support plain text. However, please let me know if you would want something more. Like markdown, images, other attachments.
If your team is using this, and there is a way we can improve the flow, we’ll start working on it!
Display Images Inline

This works best if the ticket has the pictures sent inline. If they are attached to the ticket by you or the end user, this might not work!
As always, if you have any questions, feature requests, or suggestions- we are all ears! We want to make TissueApp as useful as possible for you! And to be frank, you guys have better ideas than us. So let us know them!
