This week, the farmstand has:

A choy galore
Carrots, parsley, and cilantro, all in limited supply
We recently acquired a pizza oven, and so we've been experimenting regularly with finding ways to use our vegetables on pizza. One of our new favorites is to put pea tendrils on top -- after baking, not before, we learned on our first attempt, as we watched those thin green tendrils curl up in smoke as soon as we slid the pizza into the oven. We've also used chimichurri, made with our cilantro, in place of pesto or tomato sauce. One time, we even made a kimchi pizza, which I think(?) I would eat again (the flavor was great, but I'm less sure of the texture).
