A very full farmstand

Hello!
The farmstand is jam-packed this week, with:
Snap peas
Snow peas
Pea vines (doumiao)
Gailan
Bok choy
Daikon
Fava greens
Komatsuna
Chrysanthemum greens
Scallions
Summer squash & zucchini
Stir-fry mix
Salad mix (spicy & non)
Lacinato kale
A few housekeeping updates:
We’ve been playing around with when we stock the farmstand, but we have finally settled on Thursday by noon.
Parking: We know we need better signage and are very sorry to anyone who has been confused about parking. Until we finish making and installing our signs, if you have been wondering about this, please know that you can pull into the driveway that leads toward the blue house, then immediately swing left into the gravel zone that is about two cars wide, and park there.
We have so many greens right now that it’s hard to know what to do with all of them — my favorite kind of problem! Lately, we have sautéed our pea vines with garlic, made hot pot, thrown together salads using our salad mix and chopped snap peas and this dressing (my favorite, I admit I’ve suggested it before at least once), and stir-fried noodles with mushrooms and tofu, with our stir-fry mix thrown in at the last minute. We feel so lucky that the farm has produced such a bounty of vegetables and that we can share it with all of you.
Thanks, as always, for coming to our farmstand!
Elizabeth
