This Week in Raycast — May 18 – 24, 2026

A wrapper-heavy week: a dozen new extensions connect Raycast to outside apps and services, from a native database client to a worldwide network-diagnostics platform. Alongside the new arrivals, a broad round of reliability and Raycast-v2 compatibility fixes landed across existing extensions (Jira, Gmail, Safari, Apple Reminders, Browser Bookmarks, Google Workspace, and many more).

Productivity

Dev Servers — by @tavlean

Lists every dev server you have running, grouped by project, and lets you kill, restart, open in browser or terminal, or copy URLs without leaving Raycast. Detects anything launched via node_modules/.bin (Vite, Next.js, Astro, SvelteKit, Nuxt, and more) plus Bun, and restarts each with the right package manager from the project's lockfile. macOS only.

Launchd Monitor — by @wesbaker

Monitors your macOS launchd jobs from the menu bar — job status, last run times, and failures — and lets you re-run jobs on demand.

Defuddle — by @0xdhrv

Extracts readable Markdown from any web page (typed URL, selected text, or clipboard) and keeps a history of past extractions. Strips inline SVGs and broken images and prioritizes selected text over the clipboard. Built on the open-source Defuddle content-extraction library.

Open Props — by @tmwrnr

Searches and copies CSS custom properties from Open Props, the open-source design-token library. Browse variables grouped by category (shadows, sizes, typography, easings, and more) and paste them as --name or var(--name), or browse the color palettes in a visual grid. Tokens are pulled from the latest Open Props release.

Bash Commands — by @AlessandroCaula

A searchable quick reference for bash commands — search across names, syntax, and descriptions, filter by category, pin favorites, and copy or paste a command instantly.

Align RTL — by @jeremieberrebi

A no-view command that pastes selected (or clipboard) text as a rich HTML payload with right-to-left paragraph alignment — for editors like Mail, Notion, and Slack that render Hebrew or Arabic with the correct character direction but keep paragraphs left-aligned. Falls back to a plain-text Unicode marker for apps that don't accept HTML paste.

Raycast Manual — by @ridemountainpig

Browse and search the Raycast Manual without leaving Raycast.

Reka UI — by @jvxz

Browse the component documentation for Reka UI, an unstyled primitive-component library for Vue. Currently lists all available components, with room to add utilities and guides later.

Updates to existing productivity extensions:

  • GitLab: new My Pipelines top-level command listing recent pipelines across your active projects, plus actions to trigger a pipeline, play or cancel jobs, and view a job's log inline.
  • Color Picker: save colors as favorites.
  • GitHub: repository search now splits results by owner.
  • Buildkite: new build graph view and the ability to unblock steps.
  • Todoist: deadlines now appear in the Today view, and the menu bar can sort tasks by priority.
  • Browser Bookmarks: reads bookmark files from secondary Chrome profiles/accounts.
  • Ruler: adds Windows support.
  • Linkding: browser tab capture now works in Edge.
  • Downloads Manager: new "Copy Path" action in Manage Downloads.
  • Windows Terminal: new Quake Window preference and Administrator-mode fixes.
  • cmux: improved workspace search.

Worth a Look

Kind Words — by @artisticmedic

Pick a compliment to send or a gratitude prompt to start a conversation, in a single keystroke. Ships 75 compliments (filterable by tone) and 12 gratitude prompts as local static data — no network, no analytics.

7TV Emotes Search — by @Paranjayy

Search, preview, copy, and paste 7TV emotes from Raycast. 7TV is a popular third-party emote platform for Twitch, Kick, and YouTube chat.

Fillerama — by @pryley

Generates placeholder text from quotes from Futurama, The Simpsons, Monty Python, Arrested Development, Dexter, Doctor Who, and Star Wars — a themed alternative to lorem ipsum.

Update:

  • Klack: rebuilt on Klack's modern scripting dictionary with a live stats view (keystroke, ding, and click counts), volume and on/off/wake commands, per-switch icons, and support for the standalone tryklack.com build. Klack adds mechanical-keyboard sound effects as you type.

Wrappers for Other Services

Globalping — by @valent1d

Globalping is an open-source network-diagnostics platform from jsDelivr with 3,700+ probes worldwide; this official extension runs ping, traceroute, MTR, DNS, and HTTP tests from locations you pick by continent, country, city, cloud provider, or ASN, with results streaming in live. Sign-in uses Globalping's OAuth flow.

TablePro — by @datlechin

A Raycast client for TablePro, the native, open-source macOS database client that connects to MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, MongoDB, Redis, and more. Search your saved connections, browse schemas and tables, and run SQL straight from Raycast.

BetterAudio — by @rokartur

Connects Raycast to BetterAudio, a menu-bar audio app for macOS, surfacing per-app volume, EQ, device routing, and media controls as commands.

Cling — by @alin23

Cling is a Mac app for instant fuzzy search across your entire filesystem; the extension queries its CLI and renders results in a Raycast-native list, with a second command to trigger reindexing.

GetCompress — by @petersamokhin

Built for people who use GetCompress, a desktop app that compresses videos, images, PDFs, and GIFs locally in batches. The extension drives those compression jobs from Raycast.

LinkAce Search — by @zisoft

A Raycast client for LinkAce, the self-hosted bookmark archive. Search and filter your saved links by tag, list, visibility, or broken status, then open, copy, or inspect them.

Calibre Library — by @BrunoMiguelMonteiro

Searches your local library in Calibre, the open-source e-book manager, by title and author.

UniRate Currency — by @rob-browncc

UniRateAPI is a currency exchange-rate service; this extension converts currencies and looks up rates for any date back to 1999, exposing the historical date picker right on the convert form.

PayPal Invoices — by @ethananderstandable

Create and manage PayPal invoices without leaving Raycast — fill in line items, tax, due date, and payment options; the default action creates the invoice and copies a shareable payment link. Requires PayPal REST API credentials.

Ducat — by @rahulchowdhury

Built for users of Ducat, an expense and subscription tracker designed around logging transactions in plain language rather than filling in forms. The extension records a transaction from a natural-language description in Raycast and syncs it to your account.

QQ Mail — by @ariesly15

A Raycast client for QQ Mail, Tencent's long-running webmail service widely used in China. Browse folders, read and compose mail with CC and attachments, and filter by unread or attachment status. Authentication uses an IMAP authorization code rather than your account password.

MirAIe AC Control — by @AyushSaini00

Controls Panasonic MirAIe air conditioners from Raycast — view your devices, change settings, and operate units, including from a menu-bar command. MirAIe is Panasonic's connected-appliance platform.
