Maggie Kender Throws One-Hitter as Seton Catholic Wraps Up Trico Title
It was a dominant day in the circle for Seton Catholic's Maggie Kender, who tossed a five-inning one-hitter with eight strikeouts in a 17-0 rout of Kalama. The win clinches the Trico League title for the Cougars, who left absolutely no doubt about which team owns the league this spring. Business owners and commercial property owners in Battle Ground's Old Town district can now apply for matching grants of up to $10,000 through the new Facade Improvement Grant Program.
