20 strangers just said yes to The Weekend School.
Three nights and four days after sending the last email, here we are. We have 20 applications for The Weekend School.
I’ve been reading each one, slowly, carefully. And honestly, I’m fascinated.
We’ve attracted all kinds of people:
Marketers. Designers. Community leaders. Founders. Even a film artist who’s curious about what we’re building.
When this idea first came up, the biggest doubt everyone pointed to was “commitment.”
They said people won’t be able to attend every weekend.
They said life would get in the way.
They said it’s too much to ask.
So I built a Casual Learner plan. A lower-cost plan where you could attend just two sessions a month.
But the reality?
People surprise you. Always.
The majority of applicants didn’t choose the casual path.
They chose the Regular Plan — the all-in plan.
They want to attend all four sessions every month.
Are they being ambitious?
Or will they actually do it?
Only time will tell.
But today, I’m just grateful.
Grateful that people are choosing to bet on themselves again. Grateful that strangers are trusting an idea that’s barely a few weeks old.
I’m thinking of closing the form after receiving 30 more applications. Hit 50 applications, and then close them. We’ll filter within them. Keep it small, serious, and real.
If you haven’t applied yet and you’re still thinking about it, now’s the time.

One classroom.
One weekend at a time.
And maybe, one small lesson that changes everything.
