I cannot recommend highly enough watching the Paralympics. You can find lots of video out there, here is the main Paralympic site. I especially recommend the swimming and the track and field, but it’s all fantastic.
Steve Silberman passed away recently. I highly highly recommend his book, Neurotribes. He was such a curious and compassionate writer and person.
I absolutely love this video interview with artist Sam Gilliam. He says about abstract art: “It messes with you.” What a lovely human.
