A Bit of Neptune Road Concept Art
As Neptune Road gets going, I’ll share concept art that fleshes out the world a bit. Here we see a diner in Scar City, which is built in a huge scar in Neptune’s surface. Everyone comes through Scar City at one time or another. It’s the one place that doesn’t get routinely wiped away by the surface storms.
I should probably also mention that in this world, humans kind of never evolved. Instead, animals acquired human-like characteristics and talents.

Registration is live for Stick Figure Theater: Doodle A Story! Come hang with me on Zoom, Monday July 22 at 10am Pacific, to doodle and try out ideas. I’ll give you pointers on how even the very simplest lines and shapes can bring a whole lot of expression to what you’re getting down on paper. Use it to have fun, make somebody laugh, or storyboard your space opera. It’s up to you!
