Woa, you can zoom around in Egyptian tombs and pyramids and stuff thanks to Harvard’s 3D models. They take some time to load but they are super cool. Just get coffee or something while you wait.
I have recently been reminded of Bobby Fingers, who makes intricate models and it’s surreal and awesome and confusing and kind of profane. My favorite of his is his model of Michael Jackson but you can pick from his whole range. Just watched the Fabio one, too.
I’m thinking a lot about the concept of relentlessness, currently, which brings me to artist Howardina Pindell. Who can teach us a thing or two or three.
