A look back at the tardigrades (retro-grades?)
"Wherever we go, we are friends" -Sloth and Manatee
Have you ever felt two totally opposite things at the same time? Boy, what a mess that is, huh?
It's quite a natural state to be in more than one state. This is why machines don't do such a good people impression (regardless of what the Complicated Machines People might say).
It's also troubling and can feel like flipping back and forth really fast or feeling bad about one feeling and okay about another and then the other way around... kind of like Sloth.
More things that are more than one thing: Superheroes and their secret identities, Seeds that contain the ingredients for the whole plant, Parents who are also children, beginnings that are also endings, endings that are beginnings...
Maybe everything is more than one thing. Hm.
This week, the tardigrades took off into some other dimension. Here is a look back at those tiny fellows, who Sloth and Manatee have hung out with longer than any friends they've met in any of the stories.
Those tardigrades have been good friends. I hope they enjoy themselves in whatever dimension they fly off to in their little tiny space ship. I'm gonna miss 'em.
If you want to go back, you can read the whole first 50 Moon comics right here! Any ol time you like. What a peculiar bunch these fellows are.
Featured Print: Candy!
Prints are on sale right now - and INPRNT does a really lovely job. They've got stickers, too.
Okay! That's enough nonsense for now.
May you feel one way but also another way and have it be okay anyhow, won't you be my neighbor? - Betsy
