There is a parallel world to ours, fed by the collective subconscious. An AyeAye named Sleepless lives there, weaving dreams for the people in our world who can't find sleep on their own.

Many nights I fall asleep imagining some version of the future where I am doing things I love and being good at them. It is a kind of dreaming I have always done. The trouble is, in the end we are what we do, not what we imagine. So a few months ago I decided to start building one of those worlds I dreamt about: Stories from the Other Side, a slow cozy game about weaving dreams for others and yourself.

I wanted to make a game built around learning about new things while collecting and creating stories, rather than completing tasks. The dreams you make are yours to keep, not the algorithm's to serve. I used to be a gamer, but sadly have settled into casual mobile gaming these days. I like the quick detour to an alternative reality those games provide, but most of the mobile games I play now leave me with the feeling of just having killed some time.
