  • Loudoun County government is closed. Administrative offices, courts, and most county facilities observe the federal holiday. Trash and recycling schedules vary by hauler; check with your provider. Loudoun County holiday notice
  • Fairfax and Arlington follow the federal holiday calendar. County offices, libraries, and public schools are closed. Federal offices are shuttered, and there's no mail delivery.
