Governor Healey came to the Norwood Central Commuter rail station to sign the ceremonial version of the Norwood Hospital eminent domain bill (she signed the real bill the week before).

Also, Rush and Yu talk to residents of the German Centre in West Roxbury, on separate days.

But it wasn't all politics - the Norwood Planning Board also held hearings on zoning amendments that could shape the future of affordable housing in Norwood. We also got updates from the Conservation Commission, and some sludge cleanup.

We also take a fascinating trip through local history with Sarah A. Godfrey Webster's story, and welcome our newest police officer, Ryan Ross, to the NPD team
