The Norwich Radical - A Workers' Co-op

We have some exciting internal news to share this month: The Norwich Radical is becoming a Workers' Co-op!
Workers’ co-ops are businesses that operate democratically, with every worker having a say in the major decisions that affect them. Although we're still operating on a voluntary basis at the moment, we'll be using this change as a first step to getting our writers more directly involved in the running of the publication, and going forward it gives us access to new funding opportunities. Look out for new developments on this as we move into the new year.

We are also excited to introduce a new member of the NR team: Callum Luckett is stepping into the role of Community Section Editor. Callum is a recent graduate of UEA’s Modern and Contemporary Writing MA and an activist with community groups including Norfolk Against Holiday Hunger.
As the new teaching term begins, the old presidential term is reaching its dramatic climax. We will continue to give voice to those who fight back against exploitation, on UK campuses, on US city streets, in the communities hit hard by the pandemic, and elsewhere.
In solidarity,
The Norwich Radical Editorial Team
