One more day!

Subscriber We're back with another installment of this newsletter of sorts!

Some might still be reeling from the media coverage of the unfortunate results of the European Elections, though Norwich itself - and some of the more progressive sides of UK politics - has done pretty well all considered, and a general shift was seen in the general public. We've also seen the more creative side of public protest take place against those who would 'embrace guns to fight on the frontline' while wearing khakis.

With all this in mind, we're inviting you to apply to become a  new regular contributor to The Norwich Radical, writing for us on a fortnightly or monthly basis, for all sections: Inter|National, Arts, Community, Student, and Perspectives. We are looking for pieces that can show important stories in a radical new light, or bring issues marginalised by mainstream media to the fore, with a specific focus on the themes and topics that the applicants’ chosen section specialises in.

Our new deadline is Sunday June 2nd, at midnight. To apply for the role of Section Writer at The Norwich Radical, please send a statement of no more than 400 words, along with a sample of your written work to thenorwichradical@gmail.com. Please note The Norwich Radical is not-for-profit and all writers and editors work on a voluntary basis. You do not have to be based in Norwich, or even in the UK to submit an application.

More information on how to apply can be found here.

We are also open to one-off submissions at any point in the year. If you have a topic you feel particularly interested in or passionate about, do not hesitate to contact us!

In solidarity,
The Norwich Radical Editorial Team
