Subscriber The wait is finally over. Tomorrow (Saturday), we're bringing War of Words - The Progressive Media Conference to Norwich for the second year.

Thank you so much for registering to attend this year's conference. This e-mail contains the information you'll need for the event:

Where: Union House, University of East Anglia. If you haven't been to the campus before, Union House is right in the centre of campus. If you are catching the bus to the venue, get off at the first stop as it enters into the campus, and walk down the short hill your right, past congregation hall and you will find Union House. There will be signs around to help you get there!

When: War of Words will be kicking off from 9am, March 4th. Please come to the registration desk in the foyer of Union House to collect your programme and all the information you need for the day!

What: Throughout the day, there will be a range of panels, workshops and discussions on how we can build a progressive media future. Please see the programme below for a full list of sessions and timings (you may need to click 'display images' at the top of your e-mail viewer to see this).

Who: War of Words is hosted by The Norwich Radical, and supported by UEA Students' Union. Throughout the day, speakers from a range of publications, organisations and campaigns will be contributing to the debate and discussion!

Why: In the aftermath of Trump and Brexit, we need a progressive media now more than ever. We need to build a media that challenges, rather than reinforces oppression, that holds corporate and political actors to account and that builds power among social movements and the citizenry.
