A Striking Month

News of further action - this time led by students in support of abortion rights in Northern Ireland and student sex workers - broke from the floor of the NUS Conference 2018, which we swiftly covered on The Norwich Radical thanks to a contributor present at the event.
In other work on the Radical, Stu Lucy's On Immigration series has now reached Part 4, Carmina Masoliver welcomed International Women's Day with a lowdown of feminist anthems we all need to see us through 2018, and Scott Mclaughlan took a long hard look at the meaning of Rees-Mogg. Over in Norwich, Laura Potts hails the vitality of Indie & Student exhibitions, Eli Lambe wrote a strongly worded Open Letter to Steve Downes EDP, Sara Harrington looked at the Owl Sanctuary's closure and the fine city's music scene. and some of our Norwich resident writers went and rocked out to The BellRays, Sunflower Bean, and The Handsome Family
Our team has given us news on Russia, Syria, Spain and Slovakia this month. And for those of you who may be interested, we're still recruiting for a new Inter|National Editor to join our team. Anyone can apply! You do not need to be based in the UK, English does not need to be your first language, and we accept work-share applicants too. Check out our vacancy now, and spread the word - the deadline has been extended the end of this week, midnight Sunday 8th April!
In solidarity,
Alex & Cadi
Co-Editors
