| 🔥 FIRE | | Southwest's 2X Points Promo Doubles Earning Through November 18 | | Southwest launched a 2X Rapid Rewards points promotion on flights with registration closing in 3 days. You must register and book by June 15, then fly by November 18 to earn the bonus, which doubles your base earning rates—A-List Preferred members would earn 20X points per dollar instead of 10X, and Basic fares earn 4X instead of 2X. The math works if you're already planning Southwest flights with no cap on bonus earnings, but don't book flights you wouldn't take anyway for the 2X multiplier. | | source → |
| ✅ SOLID | | Rakuten's $50 New Member Bonus Hits 1-to-1 Value Through June 30 | | Rakuten is offering new members a solid bonus through June 30th: spend $50 and get either $50 cash back, 5,000 Amex points, or 5,000 Bilt points, which is a clean 1-to-1 return that beats most shopping portal signup offers. The timing works because Travel Week promotions run through June 14th with 10% back at IHG and 12% back at Viator. The $50 minimum spend is low enough that you'll probably hit it naturally, and Rakuten is one of the more reliable portals with consistent tracking. | | source → |
| 🔥 FIRE | | Delta's Flash Sale: Delta One Europe Awards From 97,750 Miles | | Delta is running an unadvertised flash sale on Delta One business class to Europe this summer, with awards starting at 115,000 SkyMiles each way, or 97,750 with a Delta credit card's 15% cardholder discount. This is solid pricing for Delta summer Europe awards, which regularly hit 300,000+ miles one-way, with strong availability through August to Italy, Spain, France, and the UK from both coasts. Availability won't last long once this spreads, so book quickly if you find what you need. | | source → |
| ✅ SOLID | | American's $201 San Francisco–Fort Myers Sale Comes With Restrictions | | American has a sale from San Francisco to Fort Myers at $201 for Basic Economy or $411 for regular economy roundtrip, with the Basic Economy fare stripping out carry-on bags, advance seat selection, and mileage earning. Travel windows run August through early November or early December limited to Tuesday and Wednesday departures with at least 7 days advance booking required. Availability looks thin, so this is only worth considering if Fort Myers fits your plans and you can handle the travel day restrictions. | | source → |
| 💳 CARD OF THE DAY | | Card of the Day: Southwest Rapid Rewards Premier Credit Card. Airlines are running elevated welcome bonuses across their co-branded cards this summer, and Southwest is among them. If you're a frequent Southwest flyer planning summer travel, the timing warrants a look—but only if the bonus points and airline perks justify the required spend. Don't get seduced by the big number alone; evaluate whether this card actually fits your travel patterns and will pay for itself beyond the initial bonus. | | Apply here → (referral link) |
