🔥 FIRE
Four Airlines Offer Up to 4x Miles on Apple Purchases Today Only
Four airline shopping portals are offering up to 4x bonus miles on Apple purchases today only: Alaska Mileage Plan and United MileagePlus Shopping pay 4x, while American AAdvantage eShopping and Delta SkyMiles Shopping offer 3.5x per dollar. Most recent iPhone models and M-series chip products are excluded, making this better for accessories, iPads, or older hardware. Alaska and American miles are the most valuable of the four, but if you're buying an excluded product, Air France-KLM Flying Blue's portal has no exclusions. If you're already shopping Apple today and the product qualifies, click through and stack the miles. Otherwise, this is not worth inventing a purchase for.

Staples' $200 Mastercard Gift Cards Return Fee-Free Through July 25
Staples is selling $200 Mastercard gift cards with no purchase fee from July 19 through July 25, with a limit of 9 per customer per day in-store, meaning up to $1,800 in daily manufactured spend if you have a card that earns bonus points at office supply stores. Some locations may allow more than 9 purchases, while others enforce stricter limits regardless of advertised terms. This is a recurring promo that has run roughly monthly for the past couple of years, so if you miss this window, another one is likely a few weeks out. If you're set up to liquidate gift cards and have a relevant card, it's straightforward value this week.

Air France Paris-NYC Business Class Now 45,000 Flying Blue Miles
Air France has opened up strong business class award availability from Paris to New York starting at 45,000 Flying Blue miles one-way over the next few months, with some dates showing up to 9 seats available—rare and useful if you're traveling with a group. Cash prices run over $5,300 one-way, so the redemption value is excellent even with Air France's taxes and fees. That 45,000-mile price tag drops significantly if you have Citi points. If you were already planning to leave from Europe or can position yourself there, this is a legitimately good use of transferable points.

Cathay Pacific Slashes SF-Xi'an Fares to $802 Through April 2027
Cathay Pacific is selling San Francisco to Xi'an roundtrips for $802 all-in, with travel valid late August through November, January 2027, or mid-March through April 2027 on Monday through Thursday departures and returns. You'll need to book at least 7 days out, and availability is limited. This is a fair price for a secondary Chinese city that doesn't usually see much fare action. If Xi'an is already on your list, move quickly.

🔥 STEAL OF THE DAY
Citi is offering a 20% transfer bonus to Flying Blue through August 22, which brings business class to Europe down to 38,000 points and economy from 16,000—legitimately strong numbers for transatlantic awards. The bonus only applies to Citi ThankYou points, so you need the right card to move. If you have points sitting idle and Europe on the calendar, transfer now before the window closes.
💳 CARD OF THE DAY
The World of Hyatt Business Card currently offers a welcome bonus of 70,000 points after $7,000 spend in 3 months, which is 10,000 points better than the recent offer but still short of the all-time high of 80,000. The $199 annual fee hits immediately, and you need to spend enough to justify it. If you were already planning to apply and can clear $7,000 in 3 months, this is the best available offer right now, though not quite the record.
