You Must Show Empathy & Build Trust 🤩
Hello friend!
It is Friday, and not just that - it is "Friday the 13th - considered an unlucky day in Western superstition. In 2018, it will also occur twice on April 13 and July 13, The superstition surrounding this day may have arisen in the Middle Ages, "originating from the story of Jesus' last supper and crucifixion" in which there were 13 individuals present in the Upper Room on the 13th of Nisan Maundy Thursday, the night before his death on Good Friday" (Wikipedia)Â
Now I don't know about you, but I'm not a superstitious guy, actually to me Friday the 13th is a great day in my book, as it is the beginning of the weekend, with some time to reflect, be creative and have a good time with friends and family. I am also hoping to get some time to shoot some photos of Frank (my handsome Frenchie)Â
Have you had the chance to see one of my Five Minute Friday sessions? What did you think? Is it interesting, engaging - do you find it valuable? Any feedback is highly appreciated! :)Â

So what are your plans this Friday? Anything special planned? Something you'd like to share with me?
Ah, before I forget, I'm planning on creating another series on YouTube, where I offer my 2 cents of wisdom and feedback. Meaning, if you have a problem, case, a challenge of some sort, related to marketing - ask me and I'll make a video where I provide the answer, combined with some insight. What do you think? Is that something you think is a good idea? Please let me know!

Diving Into Customer Journey Mapping The Easy Way
The customer journey; It’s safe to say that a brand or company’s success is directly linked to their relationship with their customers. How you deal with your customer’s mindset before, during and after a transaction are essential and the only way to positively influence their behaviour.

Get Online, Show Empathy, Build Trust
I believe we are only separated by three pixels of separation. Now, more than ever, we are interlinked through countless online platforms.Â

Baby Steps: Make These Simple Changes To Improve Your Customer Service

Short talks to watch during your coffee break
Don't miss this week's Five Minute Friday!

How to change behaviours and make them like you? That is the topic I simplify in the latest #fiveminutefriday session. We all know what a good customer experience looks like from own experiences. And we get this emphasised with opposite experiences - either mediocre or bad to terrible experiences. To quote Jeff Bezos from Amazon; if you make a customer unhappy, they won’t tell five friends, they’ll tell 5,000 friends. So focusing to produce a good experience is the minimum.Â
Think about the brands and products you like - most likely it is less about the cost or convenience and more about product appeal and customer experiences, am I right?Â
 Let me explain...Â
