Why you need to target the right people? 😶

Happy Friday!
Another week has passed and boy has a lot of things happened, to name a few things; I wrote an article about how you should focus on nurturing your existing customers so you don't get dumped, and it is actually a very simple fix. I also shared my opinions regarding the Customer Experience Gap on LinkedIn. 

In this weeks #FiveMinuteFriday session I start off with the importance of knowing your audience to build a strong brand. It's all about finding the right crowd and deliver to their wants. So to build a strong brand, you need to attract. activate, motivate and maintain them in order to succeed. If you haven't subscribed to my channel yet, I would appreciate if you would, as well as leaving a comment or give it a thumbs up. 

Another thing to mention; I was in Oslo this week, where I had a few business meetings which I think has quite a lot of potential, so looking forward to the continuum there, as well as linking up with my team and hustle a bit with the Facebook campaigns we are working on. I met a very good friend of mine that works for Gary Vaynerchuk in London at Vaynermedia and had the chance to create a podcast with him, so look forward to listening to Eric Fulwiler sometime soon. And I managed to attend the Jab Jab Marketing Conference which was created by my dear friend Thomas Moen. He had curated a very good program with some brilliant people that shared insights and showed some great case studies. Well done, Thomas. 

I also bumped into a couple of Content Creators from Ireland, that now is making a new type of magazine coming soon to Youtube called 'Hype Kultur', created by Craig Fox and Aaron Fleming

Target Audience for Branding? A brand is defined by a person’s gut feeling about a product, service, or organization.” This means in all simplicity that you can’t build a brand or have a brand without people. At a basic level, your target audience is comprised of three groups of people or businesses: The ones that directly need or want your product, those who influence the people who need your product and your supporters or “brand ambassadors.” In other words, the people who pay you directly, the people who get others to pay you and your support system.
