Goooooood Morning, awesome friend!
I can't believe it is Friday already!? First I want to thank all of you that wrote to me from last week, I appreciate each and every one of you. So how has your week been? Tell me the good, the bad or the ugly - I will answer all of you.Â
First I want to start off with this weeks #FiveMinuteFriday session is about Does it Ever End? The chase, the ongoing attempt to attract new customers? Well, youâve spent all your time, effort and money to define who you want to reach, they found you, like what you offer - they even show love through word-of-mouth marketing to friends and family, the only problem is, most of you are still doing it wrong. Why Finding the Right Tribe Will Help Your Business Thrive
As a marketer, you need to know how to find your tribe. Then, when youâve found your tribe, you need to know how to trigger the desired response in them. Marketers need to understand what drives their tribe members and also what stops them.

Bonding With Your Customer Using Customer Journey Mapping
The best brands use customer journey mapping to examine a customerâs mindset before, during and after a transaction. This is the only way to positively influence their behaviour.Â
