5 Ways Your Brand Becomes More Human
Hi guys, and Happy Easter, Spring Break or Weekend :)
How are you doing? Has it been a good and productive week? Did you read or discover anything interesting?
I don't know about you, but I am feeling more energetic, light-hearted and more creative given the fact that it's spring in the air. It feels good waking up to the sun already being up and seeing the progress of snow going away and nature getting ready to return to its full colors.
And… its Friday! Wooohooo! This week I wrote a little about the importance of brand tonality and communication now have to skew more towards a brand needing to behave more like people - with facts stating that 63% of people trust a brand social medias over the brands advertising and that a lot of brands don’t take full advantage of their brand authority and trust. In fact only 3% - that's right! Only 3% of employees share company relevant content. I hope you enjoy my writing :)
I've also added my other article regarding the Brand YOU economy, as well as my top 3 stories of the
week.
In this weeks #FiveMinuteFriday session I am addressing the topic of How to Know your Customers Behaviour and Mindset. Companies that thrive and survive are those where the customer is at the heart and focus of the strategy. It needs to be about delighting the customer with positive experiences.
I hope you enjoy this week edition of this newsletter. Now I'm going to take a few days away from home, kick back, read a good book and prepare next weeks content – as well as giving my absolute best for my clients. So, until next week – be safe, stay awesome!

Don't miss this week's Five Minute Friday!

This weeks session is about the complexity of the Customer Journey. Companies that thrive and survive are those where the customer is at the heart and focus of the strategy. Every touchpoint needs to be about delighting the customer with a positive experience. Not only important for B2C brands but especially for B2B companies as their clients are larger, more complicated and have a purchase process that stretches over a longer timeline. You might have done a customer journey mapping - or not, and perhaps considered this to be a nice to have - however I would argue strongly that this is a really important NEED TO HAVE. That is the topic I simplify in the latest #fiveminutefriday session
