Tanglewood Park Notice and Message to TCA Members
Dear neighbors and friends,
Please be aware we are going to be having some work done in our park this coming Monday, April 27. The project will begin at 7:00 am with the removal of a tree near the bridge at the entrance of Riviera Drive. Please avoid the area until around 8:30 am. Please use caution if you are visiting the park on Monday. There are several tons of rocks that are going to be installed to shore up the bridge areas. Please be aware there will be delivery trucks and landscaping equipment which will be using both park entrances and avoid the areas where the contractors are working. Please do not park near the park entrances.
I hope this message finds you and yours well. In these troubling times, I hope you can find some strengths in our community. As I am working from home now, it’s nice to see so many families and walkers passing by. With so many things closed, I hope you’ll explore our beautiful park, supported by your dues. We expect to have new signs installed soon at the park entrances. Many thanks to Lisa Grant, chair of our Park Committee for all of her efforts.
With spring here and most of us sensibly staying put, you may be thinking about making improvements to the outside of your home, as I am. Please be reminded of the requirement in our by-laws to obtain approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) and your immediate neighbors before undertaking some projects. For more information please see our website https://tcavienna.org/post/architecture/ .
Wishing you and yours a healthy and hopeful spring!
