                        Halloween is coming soon and some members have asked if the TCA has any ideas for a way to make the day special for the children in the neighborhood. With many thanks to our member Erin Karney, who came up with a nice plan with some other caring Moms, please see

It would be fun for all to wave at the children parading by in their costumes. For those who want to offer treats it’s suggested they be offered from the end of your driveway. Please note the time is 4:30 to 6:30 and be extra cautious when driving during that time.
