Vol. 63 - So Much Stuff
Lots of fun links, a look at an intriguing new social network, and regaining perspective from a children's game in this week's newsletter.

This weekend went by way too fast. I know people are always saying this, but I’m feeling it heavy today. Maybe it’s because of the cold. Currently 20F (-6.66C…spooky)
I have a ton of links to share this newsletter, so that’s cool. On that note, stuff time.
Interesting Stuff
Commit Mono
Yay more fonts more fonts more fooonts. This one’s nice and clean.
Codingfont
I share fonts in this newsletter so often, I figured I should make it easier for you to check out how they look, lol.
Wiby
I’ve shared Wiby in this newsletter before, all the way back in Vol. 21, but someone brought it up in a comment so I’m resurfacing it again.
Helium Browser
Another privacy-focused browser that you might wanna check out.
Stellar Blade: The Fake Outrage
Steam decided to insult me by putting Stellar Blade in my list of recommended games, which got me thinking about this essay by Shaun.
Alcove RSS Reader
An open-source RSS Reader for the open web. I’m pretty happy with Feedbin, but I always like knowing about alternatives, just in case.

Cyberspace - Bringing Social Media Back to Square Zero
An interesting little new social media site has been generating a lot of buzz recently. I dove into it and wrote my thoughts.
Pokemon Black and Finding Yourself
Replaying Pokemon Black has made me surprised by the aspects of the story I forgot and now find quite relatable at my current point in life.
Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road
I know this was here last week, but I recently wrote about the game’s Chronicle Mode. 2100+ words for one game is not normal for me, but that’s how you know this game has the sauce.

Status Update
Pretty much the only deals I capitalized on this week were grabbing some shirts off Boomslank and an upgrade to a Queen-sized bed. The former was effectively a necessity — I’ve lost 40 pounds these past few months, so nothing fits me properly anymore, lol. The latter is more of a QOL thing: I would like to just sit in bed and do things sometimes. But my current bed is sized only for sleeping. I wanna be able to sit and watch a movie or something somewhere that isn’t my desk. What’d y’all grab? Let me know.
