March, April, and May
Hello, friends.
Thank you to everyone who joined me for taiji or qigong in January and February. I hope I was able to help you through the dark, cold months. I know the practice itself and the joy of sharing it both help me.
The winter session has now finished, and the schedule for the next few months is confirmed. So today I just have some quick schedule updates:
First, there will be no classes this coming week, February 26th - March 3rd as I'll be out of town. More on that later.
Qigong will continue at 2pm on Thursdays from March 7th onwards.
Taiji is moving just slightly earlier, to 10:15 on Tuesdays. There are three sessions coming up, each relatively short:
March 5th - April 2nd (registration is open for this one)
April 9th - May 7th
May 21st - June 18th, but skipping June 11th.
Registration for the April - June sessions will open on March 4th, and I'll send a reminder about that some time in March.
Beginners are welcome to join at any time. For those of you who've now learned a bit of the form, I'll use the opportunity to give you more feedback on how you can improve, and explain more of the principles, as well as gradually adding next steps.
