Hi everyone,

Thank you for your interest in joining the Team Awareness Combating Overdose Chapter at Boston University! I hope you all had a great summer! I would like to quickly introduce myself: My name is Grant Dewey, and I will be the president of TACO for the upcoming year. I am excited for the opportunities we have planned to grow our reach this semester!

We are a new club this year, and we’re so excited to see the interest we’ve gained over the past few weeks! It would be truly great if everyone could spread the word on campus about this initiative.

Since we are not yet affiliated with Boston University, our events will be held off-campus. Please send any ideas you have to my email or in the GroupMe! All communication for events will be in the GroupMe.

We are planning on distributing Narcan and Fentanyl Testing Strips during rush week this year, so feel free to join.

Get Involved:
The Collegiate Recovery Leadership Academy (CRLA) is an academic-year-long fellowship for students passionate about the intersections of addiction and mental health recovery, leadership, and advocacy. 

CRLA Fellows design and implement a prevention, harm reduction, or recovery-focused Impact Project on their campus. Throughout the program, Fellows receive advocacy and leadership training, attend two in-person events, and join a supportive national cohort of student leaders committed to shifting the culture in higher education.
