Browse Our Shelves Right Now...and a NEW feature you will get early access to!
Library Champion,
You’ve missed the books and the books have missed you! But did you know that you can still browse our shelves? Without leaving your home you can not only look up books in our card catalog but also browse what is next to and around a title you are viewing. Check out the step-by-step video below that shows you how:
It’s a really neat and lesser-known feature available in our robust card catalog.
While our first week of Grab-N-Go library access was a success, some readers still prefer to use curbside service to get their library materials. Curbside limits your exposure while still getting the materials you want. If visiting us via curbside, please stay to the right and pull up to the curb. A friendly library staffer will come out and greet you.
As I’ve mentioned before, nothing is more expensive than free. What is free to you is not free to the library. Supporting your local library keeps all of the great services our library has to offer available so that you and others can save money, time, and become lifelong learners.
Here is one book I am reading and one book you need to keep an eye out for.

My current read: Prince of Thieves by Chuck Hogan:
Motion picture The Town is based on the Chuck Hogan book Prince of Thieves. The setting is Charlestown, a small enclave of Boston that is the armored-truck heist capital of America. A crew robs a bank and makes the bonehead move of kidnapping the female bank manager. The let her go, but the leader of the crew follows her after the fact and “by chance” meets her, starting a romantic relationship. Meanwhile, the FBI is chasing the heist crew and the lead agent is also starting a romantic relationship with the bank manager. Stories like this are thrilling but often don’t have a happy ending. Be on the lookout for my long-form review of the movie/book. -
I’m purchasing this week Christmas at the Island Hotel by Jenny Colgan and A dog’s perfect Christmas by W. Bruce Cameron
Seriously, Christmas is coming up QUICK and with the hustle-and-bustle of the holidays a comfort book (or two) can ease things up.
