it’s been quite a while since I released supertag-cli and a lot has changed in Tana land since then. We got the local API and MCP servers and now Tana is working on new collaboration plattform. These are exciting times!

I have updated supertag-cli a few times, currently it’s at version 2.5.0. I will continue to update it, and fix bugs (there were a number of bug fixes and performance improvements in the last few versions - thanks to everybody who reached out to me!)

Agentic AI is a powerful thing and I have written a lot of code over the last months, mostly for my main work (in cyber security and crisis training). But one of my side projects has matured enough, that I’m tentatively releasing it to the wider world.

Sift - an “intelligent” research assistant

Sift (at https://getsift.ch ) is an intelligent research assistant that monitors sources across the web and delivers curated summaries to your inbox and has both a web and an agentic interface.

It reads a curated list of blogs, newsletter and other sites and uses AI to find the really interesting articles and brings them to you. I have been using it regularly over the last months and I get highly relevant information much faster, with less noise than before.

Currently it has a collection of around a dozen topics and over 240 feeds that it reads and qualifies. Users can add their own sources and I expect the number of topics to grow.

That’s the human side. But I also given my agent access to the data via API calls and now my agent will for example query for current best practices before it goes and does things.

Currently, it’s free (but can’t stay free forever, due to the costs of running AI). However, if you are among the first users, and it develops into a real product, you will get special pricing for the lifetime of the product.
