Expanding / Contracting

I do this thing where I’m doing a lot of Little Projects™ all at the same time.

Taking on the beginning of one task inevitably leads me to have an idea for a new task (or nine) that I add to the pile of Little Projects™. The pile is a big pile of little piles.

The pile piles up and my anxiety grows at the same rate, knowing I’m getting further from the precious Little Projects™ at the bottom. When I complete an LilPro™ at the top, I give myself a LilTreat™.

A big pile is slimy with twigs sticking out. A little pile has googly-eyes.

A big pile freaks me out, but somehow I’m still afraid to get to the bottom. What’s there? Some sort of anti-pile? My mind can’t even.

There are some days I get nothing done, and some days when I get a lot.

1. Buy some instrument cables
2. Connect the looper to the mixer
3. Figure out how to use the looper
